40 Plate Heat Exchanger

Brazed plate water to water heat exchangers has a lightweight and compact design that allows for easy installation and service. It is made of stainless steel 316L, brazed with 99.9% copper, and has 3/4" male fittings. When compared to other types,the advantage of this heat exchanger is that it features corrugated plates that produce a highly turbulent flow which allows for a true counter-current exchange.

1. 40 plates heat exchanger is UL listed and it is made of high quality 316L stainless steel which are brazed together by 99.9% copper at the edges for a reliable and rugged part to form a durable, integral piece that can resist leakage and withstand high pressure and temperature.

2. Smooth Thread makes a easy, quick, flexible hookup. Highly conductive and super-thin stainless steel plates make good performance and economy for heating transfer and cooling without electricity consumption and oxygen consumption.

3. 240,000 - 320,000 BTU CAPACITY: Depending on the application, this product can produce 240kBtu to 320kBtu per hour. 40 PLATES; 3"x8", 3/4" MPT: 40 brazed plates work to efficiently heat water for your application.
